Our goal is to offer you a fun and engaging site where you can see items on you and share the look with friends and family. In order to continue our intended SeeItFit experience, you agree that you will use SeeItFit only in a manner consistent with our

SeeItFit reserves the right, but is not obligated, to remove any user content or user account for any reason or for no reason, including content we believe violates our Privacy Policy or Terms of Use. SeeItFit may at any time also permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend an account without notice and liability for any reason, including violating laws, regulations, our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, or for no reason. This privacy policy is written to encompass the various websites, applications, technology and software through which SeeItFit obtains information. If SeeItFit finds any misuse of its logo, chicklet, icon, tools or technologies it will immediately act to stop the improper use.
While the SeeItFit logo, chicklet, icon, tools, products and/or imagery may reside on other websites, such as on various retailer sites, SeeItFit does not administer or control the privacy policies of other internet sites. Privacy policies on linked sites or mobile apps may be different from our privacy policy. You access such linked sites or mobile apps at your own risk. Children's Privacy Statement
This website is directed and designed for use by persons 13 or older. SeeItFit does not solicit or knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If, however, SeeItFit learns that it has received information from someone under the age of 13 without parental consent, SeeItFit will take all reasonable measures to delete the information from its systems. Moreover, parents or legal guardians may request that their child’s information is corrected or deleted by sending SeeItFit a written request via email to

We do not collect, use or distribute any online contact information or identifiable off-line contact information about a child under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent.
Use of Uploaded Photos
In order to see an item on yourself or those you shop for or shop with, we ask users to upload photos. These photos are used by the person online, but also to market back to the user. These images will not be shared with or sold to third-party marketers.
Users may choose to share their images after using SeeItFit tools. They can do so via email or other social media tools. They can also submit an image to the SeeItFit Gallery
(See Gallery). However, all images submitted for the SeeItFit (publically viewed) Gallery must be pre-approved before inclusion in the Gallery. SeeItFit may choose not to publish an image in its Gallery for any reason.
Accessing, uploading, sharing and/or using images by any means with SeeItFit’s Products and Tools signifies your acceptance of SeeItFit’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. SeeItFit prohibits the use of its tools to view, transmit or share pornographic, sexuality explicit or damaging information or images that may be harmful to persons of any age or animals.
Use of Information - Registration Information, Demographic Information & Partners
We do not require people to disclose personal information to access our site or applications. However, our site and applications contain special tools, options and features for those who do register (sign-up). Registration is free.
When you sign up for or use our services and/or products, you voluntarily give us certain information like your name, email address, birth date, gender, favorite stores, profile photo, comments, likes, and any other information you provide us. If you’re using SeeItFit’s mobile application (“app”), you may also voluntarily provide us with location data.
In addition, you may also provide us information when you link your social media apps like Facebook, Twitter or Pinterest and the account information associated with these apps to SeeItFit. You can generally adjust the sharing of this information through Facebook, Twitter or Pinterest’s privacy settings.
We collect profile and demographic data to tailor your SeeItFit experience. This may include products and services displayed according to your preferences.
We may also collect information regarding the device you are using SeeItFit on and the means by which you access SeeItFit’s website or mobile app. We may also collect information related to the operating system you are using, device settings, unique device identifiers, and/or crash data. We may also collect whatever information your browser or mobile app sends us, including, but not limited to, your Internet Protocol address, the address of the web pages you visited that had SeeItFit features, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, how you used SeeItFit, and cookie data. We may also collect information on the types of products and/or services you are viewing on SeeItFit or any websites or apps that contain SeeItFit features. Please check your device manufacturer’s and/or software provider’s privacy policy to obtain more specific information related to the information your device makes available to us.
We may use information to analyze trends, compile statistics and inform you of new offers, retail partners, services and offers.
We may also combine the personal information you provide us online or through our mobile app with publicly available information and information we receive from or cross-reference with our retail partners and others. We use that combined information to enhance and personalize your shopping experience and others, to communicate with you about our products and services that may be of interest to you, and for other promotional purposes.
From time to time we might establish a business relationship with other persons or entities whom we believe trustworthy and whom we have asked to confirm that their privacy policies are consistent with ours. These are known as our retail partners. If SeeItFit conducts online surveys, on its own or through a third party, we will publish only aggregated results. We may provide the option for you to allow us to contact you after the survey, but only with your permission.
If SeeItFit conducts contests, it may collect demographic and contact information. SeeItFit reserves the right share this contest information with any contest/partners and to use this information for any purpose disclosed in the contest rules, terms and conditions.

SeeItFit has reasonable and appropriate security measures in place, including use of encryption and authentication tools, to protect the security of the information and images that you upload, view and share with SeeItFit.
